We are looking for a highly organized individual to join our business development team as a Sales Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing the colocation application process by driving the application through all internal departments.The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They will be comfortable juggling multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment with strict deadlines.ResponsibilitiesProcess applications for colocation SLAs, mods, and microwavesOversee the application workflow from application received through to NTP issuance, updating site tracker actualizing milestones/uploading documents to the proper fields (and making sure others are doing the same) working with internal departments.Routing applications to internal partners (Legal/Operations) for internal reviewsWorking with Account Executives on Deal Term MemosWorking with the Legal Department to request lease drafts for routingResponsible for finding, pulling, and troubleshooting (if needed), requested diligence documents for colocation/sales process (NEPA, 1A, E911, etc.)Coordination of NTP issuance and installation confirmationOther duties as required. QualificationsBachelor’s degree required.0-2 years’ experience in an administrative support role.Strong attention to detailSuperior organizational, customer service, and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong ability to multitaskExceptional computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong work ethic This position is a contract role that could be converted to a permanent position. The role is remote due to COVID-19 but wil be expected to report to the SaddleBrook, NJ office once the company decides to return to the offices.
