This internship with our Account Management team will provide the intern an opportunity to remotely work and participate in day to day operational activities. The Intern will be trained to assist with data management, customer reporting, daily tracking of Topcon Screen exams, report review, and observe the rapid adoption process for customer success. The intern will be responsible for assisting the Account Management Customer Success Managers with day to day items and learn how to navigate the Topcon Screen software, Salesforce.com, and reporting files.
- Assist with tracking exams, creating Excel tracking documents for customers, and running reports.
- Listen in to customer facing and internal team calls
- Help track data and run/analyze reporting in Salesforce.com
- Business major/ minor preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where work moves very quickly
