As an RF/Microwave Engineer Intern you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and test 1 to 60 GHz MMICs and/or multi-chip modules for existing products and advanced new product development programs. Your design could work with including power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, filters, and IC packages. This intern will work on MMIC design work with state of the art GaAs, GaN, and InP foundry processes. You will be trained in MMIC and/or module design and work on a collaborative team of electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and test engineers to ensure successful product development and transfer to production.
- Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
- RF Microwave experience
- Millimeter wave experience
- Coursework and foundational knowledge designing mixers, oscillators, low noise and power amplifiers, etc.
- Ability to commit to a 10-12 week summer internship
