Voith & Mactavish Architects is seeking a full-time Communications Coordinator to support our marketing, business development, and thought leadership efforts. We welcome applicants who can bring a willingness to learn and a passion for design from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds. While the position directly reports to the Director of Marketing & Business Development, you will also be working side by side with partners and senior staff members on project proposals, conference presentations, award submissions, website management, and more. We are looking for a responsible, proactive individual with excellent graphic, written, and verbal communication skills and who embraces opportunities to grow those skills. Candidates should be comfortable with a deadline-driven, project-based working environment and pivoting often between different tasks, working both independently and as a team member. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required. Preferred skills include proficiency in Adobe Premiere or other video editing software and experience with basic social media platforms, WordPress, and CMS platforms (like Salesforce or Cosential).
