Westchester Jewish Community Services, (WJCS), is currently seeking a Case Manager for our Home Delivered Meals Program. This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The Case Manager will conduct various assessments of home delivered meal recipients to determine eligibility for programs, services and entitlements. This position requires home visits in the Westchester County community. During COVID, assessments are being conducted by telephone.
The selected person must be computer literate and possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field. Experience with seniors is preferred. Bi-lingual, English-Spanish speaking is a plus. The selected person needs a valid driver’s license and a vehicle as the position involves travel to recipient’s homes.
