WJCS is currently seeking an Education Coach to work for our Digital Equity Program. Under the general supervision of the Program Director, the selected person will be responsible for overseeing up to 10 mentors who will work with up to 20 children; assisting in matching mentors with students; working with mentors and mentees to establish weekly schedules; assisting in training of mentors; offer weekly check-in/training sessions for mentors and attend sessions with mentors and students twice yearly as a check-in, or more frequently as needed.
The ideal candidate must have must have a Bachelor’s Degree, experience working with children preferred. Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus.
