GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB – Responsible for performing preventative maintenance and general repairs in and around the resort as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Regular and timely attendance for scheduled shifts: 10:30PM-6:30AM.
• Perform general repair and maintenance of any equipment found in and around the resort / spa.
• Responsible for accurate record keeping of assigned tasks.
• Ensures that all safety systems are operable.
• Responsible for properly utilizing safety equipment and gear.
• Responsible for responding to guest room calls as required.
• Performs all work in a neat and professional manner.
• Keeps work area clean and orderly at all times.
• Maintains proper uniform at all times.
• Resolves guests’ issues
• Projects a friendly and hospitable atmosphere to all guests.
