The World AIDS Museum and Educational Center has openings for volunteers or interns in Museum Exhibit Research and Development. Volunteers or interns will assist Museum staff in conducting background research in support of the development of new exhibits for the Museum that cover a range of topics and formats related to the impact of the global HIV/AIDS epidemic. In addition to background research, volunteers or interns will assist in the design and installation of the exhibits; as well as the supporting educational materials associated with the exhibit. This is an ideal experience for volunteers or interns with an interest in Museum Studies or Educational Programming and Events. Students may participate as volunteers, or we can work with academic departments to develop for-credit field experience or internship programs.
