By prioritizing key well-being behaviors, we can optimize our energy and well-being to avoid burnout and feel confident. Jenn Lea is a nationally recognized authority in health education and performance training. As Head, Portfolio Management Jenn is responsible for leading a team that manages program lifecycle, experience, and global course delivery for the Well-Being Practice of J&J Learn. In addition, she spends half of her time in the classroom as a coach delivering Energy for Performance®, Resilience, and Purpose & Career Planner courses worldwide to hundreds of top corporate executives. Her passion for developing leaders is evident in her commitment to coaching individuals to make life changes and live to their fullest potential! In 2015, Johnson & Johnson launched WiSTEM2D – Women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Manufacturing, and Design (STEM2D) – initiative to promote learning and career opportunities in STEM2D disciplines. Led by a network of volunteers from across Johnson & Johnson and its local operating companies, this ambitious initiative seeks to promote learning across Youth, University and Professionals.
